When grown outdoors, plants bloom more slowly because the light cycle from the growth phase to the flowering phase is slower. This means that the plants are prepared for flowering in a more natural and leisurely way. Inside, this happens quite abruptly.

Outside there is a pre-flowering period, which means they ripen faster later. In a temperate climate in the northern hemisphere, it is ready to harvest between around the beginning and end of October, depending on the climatic conditions where it is grown. It grows best outdoors in a dry and sunny climate.

Melonade Runtz has an average ripening time and a high yield. Most stretching occurs in the first two weeks of flowering, with stretching being slightly less pronounced in the third week. They are plants with a relatively compact structure and average height. Very suitable for growers looking for an easy to control cannabis strain.

Melonade Runtz has a high yield, allowing harvests of around 400-450 g m2 when grown indoors. Outdoors or as a single plant indoors with a very long pre-growth period, a yield of approximately 500g is possible. Very experienced growers can achieve even higher yields with the right products and cultivation methods.

On average, we recommend a minimum growth time (vegetation time) of around 3-4 weeks. This can take up to 6 weeks if the growing conditions are not optimal or the plants initially experienced a period of stress.

If you only grow a few plants per m2, you can extend the growth phase to at least 6-8 weeks. It is best to plant the plants from the 3rd/4th. Repot into a larger pot every week and do this in the 5th/6th week. week and possibly shortly before/or at the beginning (first days) of the flowering period.

During the flowering period, ensure as little stress as possible and a stable climate so that the plant can fully concentrate on healthy growth and the pre-flowering phase. If this is successful, you will notice that this is not an ordinary cannabis strain, the buds will be compact, white; and are really beautiful to look at and they also smell incredibly pungent.
